एक कील है जिंदगी
पैर लगे तो चोट ...
बांस लगे तो सीढ़ी..
 मचलो तो दर्द
संभलो तो आसमान ....

सूरज डूबता नहीं है कभी
बस छुप जाता है , पडोसी की छत से ,
माँ खोलती है रसोई में डिब्बा
और सूरज फिर जगमगाने लगता है !


sooraj doobata nahin hai kabhee
bas chhup jaata hai , padosee kee chhat se ,
maan kholatee hai rasoee mein dibba
aur sooraj phir jagamagaane lagata hai !
